Shadow fie Eclipse

Shadow fie Eclipse

A Poem by C.J. Ravenheart
"

nothing special honestly

"

A star falling from the shadowy heavens, an eclipse of pure shadow fire, dancing around the silhouette around, the moon itself. The falling star, a girl who has no memory, and a ghostly angel, tracing her path trying to catch up, but failing to do so.The terra firma approaching so rapidly that the ghoul breaks away from her path, and the girl, lands like an angel landing on the surface of a pure crystal lake.

The angel of a demon under a shadow-filled sky, and waves of pure dark-light etched upon her very heart. She watches the exploding implosion of pink-black light, shooting throughout, the very sky itself, and her family’s voices haunting, spewing their venomous tongues into her ears.

Her memory starts to return, from beyond the grave, while staring right at, the decadent dance of the twin princesses, Lunar and Solaria. The sun and the moon themselves, dancing in time to the darkest aria. The song of pure darkness, the lyrical decaying madness of erasing the souls of mortals, and the words start pouring out of the girl, and terra herself sings along with her.

dark and romantic. a little cryptic to me but the imagery is fantastic. it's something i could read again and again and get something different out of it each time.
