Fallen

Fallen

A Poem by Mélania Woolf

Hide it

You'll end up showing

The feeling

Under your skin

The silence

I would float in

The treasures

For which I'm fighting

Undo it

The love, I'm drowning

I'm hardly even breathing

But its so strange

That I'm refusing

To let go

To give in

Correct it

That they'd called sin

Or take it

And call for a win

As it's naturally been

Taken out my grin

I'm never hating

The faces you're making

Yes i am falling

And my fall you're ignoring ..

Oh God, I have fallen

The silence, the love, the faces you are making, such a pretty structure for such pretty words. If I were a hero, I would be the Trickster and steal your heart, and listen days on end to your words pouring out of the pitcher of your lips! This is a fine piece of work!

Beautifully written! love poem. Isn't it a shame that love must be judged.

It is a shame indeed.
Thank you for reading and reviewing ! ^_^
I really like the rhythm of this- the words tumble down and seem to fall, as the title says! :) Great writing!!
