Skeletons In My ClosetA Poem by Melanie Jane Boicourt ShanksA little ditty that I used to sing at Beatnic's Cafe. There are skeletons in my closet, and they've been there for quite a while. There are skeletons in my closet, and I keep adding more to the pile.
Well, they come out and haunt me and they come out and taunt me and they keep trying to make me see, that they just want to know me and they just want to show me that they're just another part of me.
There are skeletons in my closet, and they've been there for quite a while. There are skeletons in my closet, and I keep adding more to the pile.
I didn't want to believe them. Didn't mean to concieve them and they just keep getting more in the way. But if I really believe that I 'm the one who concieved them, then I can make them go away.
So, the skeletons in my closet, well, they all came out and did a dance. No more skeletons in my closet, so now there's more room for my pants.
