The All

The All

A Poem by Melanie Jane Boicourt Shanks

When looking at the grand portrait,

we are insignificantly important.

We seem so small.

Yet, we are part of the All.

We make up the possibilities

with the dreams of our realities.

The only explanation

is what feeds our inspiration.
