My Diagnosis

My Diagnosis

A Poem by Melanie Jane Boicourt Shanks
"

Written for my beautiful daughter, because she tells me that she is magic, and I believe her.

"
My diagnosis is I'm magic
And that's why my life is tragic
I'm still learning how to patch it
My diagnosis is I'm magic

My diagnosis is I'm magic
And that's why my life is tragic
I'm still ripening to hatch it
My diagnosis is I'm magic

My diagnosis is I'm magic
And that's why my life is tragic
I don't need you now to scratch it.
My diagnosis is I'm magic.

My diagnosis is I'm magic
And that's why my life is tragic
I'm still urging you to catch it
My diagnosis is I'm magic.
