*Soul Stroll*

A Poem by Melanie Jane Boicourt Shanks

Why are you in a hurry
Just to live your life?
Don't you know that worry
Can cut you like a knife?

You can take a slow stroll,
Or run the fastest pace.
Do what's best for your soul.
It's a journey not a race.
