The fractals of life

The fractals of life

A Poem by Melanie Jane Boicourt Shanks

The Fractals of Life

The patterns

of the universe unfold

revealing every moment

a new beginning.

We spend our lives

trying to fit the mold

but the game of life

we are never winning.

The same cycles

over and over again,

we keep going

when it's our turn.

With all that we have done

and where we have been

There is an infinite

amount more to learn.

A great way to explain a man's way. This world's way. Quite a deep thought, but very simply told. Apreciate it all!

I got more of a message out of this simply written poem. I felt the emotions and message were quite clear and enjoyed reading this poem very much. Thank you for sharing it! I especially like the last two lines.
