OLD SOULA Poem by Melanie Jane Boicourt ShanksOld soul, I give you the control. You know what I need to make me
whole. I give you the control. You know what I need to make me whole. Don’t want to live what’s in my
mind. I never know what I will find. My random thoughts the day
throughout are usually filled with fear and
doubt. Don’t want to live what’s in my
heart. My empathy would surely start to feel the pain of those around, and to their fear I would be bound. Old soul, I give you the control. You know what I need to make me
whole. I give you the control. You know what I need to make me whole. You send me messages and signs. I don’t listen I cross the lines. I go my own way round instead. Follow the path that’s in my head. You’re more connected to the
source, so beam me up and plot the course. I‘ll do whatever that I should. Just want to be the greater good Old soul, I give you the control. You know what I need to make me
whole. Old soul, I give you the control. You know what I need to make me whole. © 2013 Melanie Jane Boicourt ShanksReviews
