Do this, do that

Do this, do that

A Poem by Mehar Anaokar

Do what you want but not like that
Lower your voice, lower your hat

Give your respect, don't ask for it back
Stay in the grey, not white not black

Life isn't a stroll, it's a race for rats
So you better get up and get off your back

I will never cut you any slack
I'll drill and drill until you crack

I'll try to throw you off your track
By reminding you of all you lack

You'll always be down, I'll always attack
I'll suck out your soul till your eyes turn black

I'll instruct you until it's all you can have
Don't ask me questions, do this, do that

When it's done, it'll drive you mad
You'll be empty, but you'll be glad.
