DeathA Poem by EncoreI have an almost obsessive fear of death, and I go into a hot-cold frenzy when I think about it. One night, I relieved myself by writing what I felt and this is what came out of it.Life is hard, But no one said That death is easy. To face your fate Is harder than you Can imagine. I leave my footprint behind, But the water just Washes it away. I'm scared that when the moment's gone, The moment will be gone forever. Tell me it'll be alright, Tell me that I'm just dreaming, Tell me that I'll live forever, And that I really shouldn't have to worry. Everyone has to do it, I just don't want to be Everyone. © 2009 EncoreAuthor's Note
