sunflowers

sunflowers

A Poem by winter;lyra

it is like
sunflowers blooming in winter
it is like a breeze before midday's supper
all around me
like a leash, on my killing
could it be? a sign of hope?
(or perhaps...the hangman's rope?)
(i don't really wanna know)

but i really wanna go
out in the fields
with her words drowning
my inner creaks
oh take me out
and i'll

i'll hold on to your force

it is like sunsprout
before my dark
you're thus my god
down my guard
