sailing soul

sailing soul

A Poem by winter;lyra
"

This is what I call a boring and pointless conclusion

"
On darker days
I've seen clearer faces
And I've been a step away
From reckoning and reaching
The epiphany of a lifetime

It is safe as a creed
To seed my belief
In something greater
Than my essence
Yet vagueness defies its grace

So I must sail
To the unknown
A song is sang
And a legend is born
But a soul is lost
To what lies beyond
A storm is fought
A soul fails
A soul is nothing a but a soul
And a body of matter is nothing above
So what is a soul to the above
And what are these words to what's below
A soul can only wonder
A soul can only dream
A soul can only sail
Eternally
On his sea of thoughts
