dolls and dogs

dolls and dogs

A Poem by winter;lyra

The dolls and dogs

Of flawed mind

Called my name

And landed judgment

Upon my words

The dolls and dogs

See not the horizon

We hide and preach

Blindingly fantastic

We find the truth

Mesmerizing

And choose to see it as

Fiction

The friction

That comes from my words - our words

Comes not from me

Listening to the wisdom of the world can be very deceiving. While it has earthly rewards, tickling our wish's and fantasies, it also covers up the truth and builds its foundation on hollow rock. Seek spiritual discernment and find truth. Good writing, Winter, good poem. Richie B.
