chaos and reality

chaos and reality

A Poem by winter;lyra

Once upon a time

The dark sides turned bright

Only to ridiculize

The wishes we chose to visualize

Then God came down with his lone forgotten son

And purged the darkness from this world

However ignorantly he purged the blinding light as well

And so the rotten truth emerged

Unmasking their disguises and causing their demise

Consequently

All men became gods and forgotten sons of mad gods

Freedom brutally conceited turned chaos

The sons followed their fathers' steps

To become memory once more

Maddening frenzy erupted and collided

With what once was known as morals

The lovable ten commandments became nothing

But rubble of the lost era

No man dared to lift those from the rubble

In fear of angering nature's law

Would be the fall of Men

Once more if the new Gods were to fall

Although ruthless and violent

It's charm seduced man

With what they believed was the right choice

The freedom call

All they ever wanted

Brought them meaning

Yet disaster

No more sky pleading

No more life leaking

Each soul became one with the body

And each body became one with it's nature

Consequently

Chaos lived on
