The sea: an adventure failedA Poem by Secretpoetan exploration to the waters, from the mountains to the seas.Adventured up to a huge mountain with green, And freshness, but the clouds seemed mean. Round glass-like drops on the leaves falling, Like little cascades from height, the green heads forestalling.
Distant was only sea around, blue and Salty. This mission was going all planned Till we had hit the saline sea, We got lost in, it was a bad idea, agreed. The blue streams seemed whimsical, but it Was dangerous a lot, and we wanted to quit. But we strived and sailed, for it had Been two days, but there is some light for which I’m still glad. Glided by the water pressure and will to live, I Guided by, and I reached the land on high. It was an old lighthouse, no traces Of people living recently here, no people ,no faces. After what felt like an eternity, I found A yacht came by, and saved us from the profound. I’m still thankful to the one who saved us, the clouds Really put sun under enshrouds. © 2024 SecretpoetAuthor's Note
