Little “deaths”

Little “deaths”

A Poem by Secretpoet
"

a prose from flowers to lost connections

"

Little flower falling on the ground,

Its petals spread all around,

It’s a little hyacinth; lightly purple,

They reminded of someone else; not eternal.

I could almost feel their love,

When the petal landed above.

“It’s not a big deal”, some say,

But it gives me hope that I’ll see you another day.

Small gestures but you feel close,

I’ll surely make your notes.
