Warpriest is the best armour in F2p but it is only available to players... in the event that you took part in the event a few months ago, that I don't think. It's maximum level is 2 in F2P (was reduced by Jagex) which means it's not really the best armor for most situations.

You can still pick up decent hybrid armor though, such as the Ghost Hunter armor (w/e it's called) is as great and you can also get it by killing ghosts. Dragonstone armor too, but the price is expensive. I was thinking it was at its highest at Tier 50. Most effective f2p hybrid armour, as Dragonstone, which is tier 60.

By the way a World Event is coming this summer (May or June, I think) which means you will be able grab some warpriest by then. Last time that you could get warpriest was early 2014. I'm referring to the tier 2 or 3 or whatever. Don't know the lingo, just a 07 player slipping by. The Warpriest armour is terrible F2P. It's at tier 50, yet the stats are not as good as any other Tier 50 'tank' armours due to being hybrid armour.
