Dream Warrior

poem of strength to carry on because of memories of someone special

Tomorrows light will break into my window like a thief and steal you from my dreams. But I will not despair for you have given me your sword and with the fury of a thousand warriors I will cut through the beasts that come to steal my courage; I will cut them down one by one until nightfall comes and I have lain to rest and once again hold you in my dreams and sharpen my sword for mornings light.
