Steady, like a heartbeat drum

Mother earths energy seeping into your soles, your soul

The wind encompassing your body in a warm embrace

Leading you along the good path

Reaching to the sky

Fingertips touch endless possibilities above

The good path

Where spirits intertwine 

With the pure intention of nature

Where your mind can put at bay

The remnants of the bad way
