my very personal poem dedicated to someone... whoever he/she is. hahahaha!! My best friend Jon oughta read this... so he'll stop calling me insensitive.
Jon, i swear, we, Scholars who sits in the far end of the classroom, rule!!! Thanks for being such a nice friend despite of, uh, everything that transpired. :) you know to whom the poem pertains, haha!!
like regret... i am a pessimist.
for the readers...
this is a love poem for a someone Jon and I know. It's full of metaphors, i know, so interpret anyway you like.
+enjoy the process. don't be so worried about the destination that you forget the beauty of the travel+

There always seems to be a magical sense of beauty to your poetry. An educated air of words that gives your readers more then just a rant in rhymes. I loved the musical medaphors but mostly the way that you use them to paint such a masterful portrait of this most important emotion of love.
but the music paused a beat,
then resume to fall to doom,
and love accepts defeat.
What great works that you have posted on this site. A privlage to be a reader of such work and an honor to review.
Awesome piece! Searching for love, and trying to find the right and true person... over mountains, hills, rocky terrain, and in the rain...ya fall, but ya get right back up again, dust yourself off, and ya try again. Very witty poem :)
This is so lovely...and yet sad.
It spills the sadness of lost a lost
love, or perhaps one that never
made it past go.... not yet? I get
the feeling I'm reading it differently
than it is intended, though it's the
interpretation I keep getting,
even when I re-read.
"The song I'll hold like time,
The years i'll count like rain,
Regrets suspended like a stacatto,
I did not love in vain."
I agree with ML.. this has a magical
quality to it..
