Stolen stars

Stolen stars

A Poem by Maxwell Ryder

Once we could see the stars,
Then Hollywood, one by one
Plucked them from our skies,
And put them on its boulevard.
All I’m left is the moon
To gaze at from my backyard
On occasion, Venus too.

Definitely they have been plastered on about everything we view. Read a Sci Fic story once where they figured out how to display advertisements on the moon surface. So enjoy the view while you can. enjoyed the read. -carl
