“I found a Russian”
I found a Russian last night. Lurking about, he gave me a fright; Like a little troll who grins in delight, He left his calling cards, a babushka doll and dancing bear in my cereal bowl this time; They’re so pervasive, They’re so rude, I even find them in the bathroom when I wipe! Swimming with the veggies in my soup, Or crawling across the floor, Or sneaking under the door, These goons I spot more and more. I’ve started finding them in my sock drawer, on the orders of Mister Putin I know they’ve been in my kitchen, too, Poisoning my food with gluten! While watchin’ tv, they crawl out From underneath the cushions To ask me the score, the brazen fools! I’ve called exterminator several times, But they say I must live with’em Unless there’s been collusion. Jeff Sessions’s recused himself, Mueller’s phone is off the hook, But the number of sightings I’ve had are a living hell, I could now fill up a book! First, there were the spooks Who nearly killed the Skripals, Then the hackers, Trump’s pals; They’re so deep, they’re in the bowels Of Hillary’s server and the DNC; They’re so red, these shills were caught throwing the election for Bernie; That’s right. These Soviets wanted us to have health care so bad, They elected Trump to repeal The Affordable Care Act, and start World War Three! I’ve lost it with these Russians; They’re everywhere - even in my dreams! © 2018 Maxwell Ryder |
