Calories assassinateA Poem by Maxwell Ryder26 Feb 2017
As we bowdlerize
The black blood of Ancient nations In our pistons, As we seize their Lands and wives, Fattening them With burgers M&Ms And french fries, A great lamentation Arises in the night: Impotent men Fail to quench Bonfires lit By the sweetest Of veiled lies, Layered on Painted eyes; Calories assassinate Tribal bloodlines On satin sheets, Who've seethed All their lives To nip ear lobes Between teeth, Incinerate desires, Vigorously Gasping at breaths, Incensed That love died Before it Was ever erect. © 2018 Maxwell RyderReviews
