Be kindA Story by Marry AnneA reference to whomever may be suffering with a behavioral illness. That it's real that it's awful the way your feeling but that it's important to always present yourself kindly to others.
The loudest subtle noise you could ever imagine is now ringing in your ears. Your heart is in a theoretical pause and your mind is pounding. You are so delicate with your own movements and you make light inhales not to not alarm your presence. Twisting the lock and barricading yourself in your deepest state, till you go missing. Its of the clearest site you are not ok. That single shivering feeling runs up and down your body and it won't stop. No one is their to save you. Your body is in a virtual shutdown and you can barley catch a breath to breathe. The quick convulsions your muscles make become painful and your palms are used to block out the ever so quick darkness creeping in. You try your hardest to cover up every escaping cry and jus let the pools of water drain from your eyes.
This is depression, when you've hit your peak and you can't fake a smile anymore or bother to wave at a nearby friend. It is waiting all day till you can run to your room lock yourself away and jus cry and let it all out, all the pain and worry is jus spilled out on the bathroom floor. But only to be locked away again in the morning. This is real it's not just for attention. Be nice to everyone you don't know the story behind every passing face. © 2015 Marry Anne |
