Aggression as told by the heart

Aggression as told by the heart

A Story by Marry Anne
"

A love affair with a conflicted emotion.

"
Aggression is a fond love expressed when the intellect of your brain sheds a tear. It allows your eyes to turn a sweet shade of aburgreen making vision blurry and a single sound so crisp. Your skin is stretched by the veins tense an tight with blood. Palms begin to shiver cold to the touch. With only a single thought branded across the body. Actions committed were justified by the law of your word. Later regretted as sorrow shown in the hanging of your chipped shoulders. Like a passion it will overwhelm the soul just as the nastiest flu draining all vitals. No medicine only treated with 1800s remedies. Sweating out the poison draining out the bad blood till its depleted. Your sweet love affair with hate will secede and your mind will dry his weeping tears and you'll begin to see when your bloodshot eyes retreat. You'll be sane. Isn't that what your heart was so longing for in the first place?

I liked the shift midway through when it transitioned from being a personified look at aggression with more of a passive "you" to being more of a direct plea. Nice stylistic choices!
