I want to be such a world's part...

the world is becomin so topsy-turvy... there's so much fear, suspicion, animosity n violence... d sanctity of d world is at stake!

Where the bright rays of sun

Are glisening on the water;

Where there is happiness and fun

And sources of laughter; 

Where there's innocence dwelling in every heart,

I want to be such a world's part...

Where there are no dreadful dreams 

of pain, suffering and horror;

And no terrible screams 

of disasters and terror;

Where there's peace residing in every heart,

I want to be such a world's part...

Where all can lead a fearless life

And die a peaceful death;

Where all have trust and no strife

And can gaily taste the life's breath;

Where there's no fear concealed in any heart,

I want to be such a world's part...

I agree with not your typical girl that a perfect world would be numb and boring to live in, for we cannot appreciate beauty without ugliness, joy without sadness, peace without war. Yin and Yang....
This being said, it's admirable to dream of such a wonderful place, and you've expressed your thoughts quite eloquently here.

these are like the rules for me ,for i will never live in a world but this
i never really saw the bright rays of sun to touch the see ,softly
never saw real happiness or fun,no innocence in any heart,all so cold and cruel

i agree with Simple_mee .. i wouldn't mind spending a little while in a place like that... you know... escape humanity and everything that scares me..
but i would hate living in a place like that.... happiness wouldn't exist if there isn't sadness... happiness is a comparison.... everything is part of relativity...

Poem is beautiful and a great dream of many. Somethings in a life can't be stops like Nature storms. Human kindness must overtake the desire for hate and violence. I pray for the sake of all children our leaders find wisdom and common sense. A eye foe a eye world will leave us all dead. We need to walk together so every child is safe and had a fair chance at life. A outstanding poem.
