Follow your Heart

Food for thought.

There are those who believe in reincarnation, you die 

and you are born again. At least until you fulfill 

what you came here to do. Others believe you live, 

then you die and that's it.

I like to think we are born here with a purpose, 

with a mission, a task of some sort, something that 

anyone and everyone can achieve for I do believe 

despite the constant feeling of feeling alone it is quite 

the contrary we are very much not alone and there are

others who are here to help us along this journey 

we have embarked on.

So, if we have been here before, why is it this lifetime 

we're experiencing feels so vivid? Maybe because this 

point in time and space is a very important, 

meaningful time for us all.

Some say they have dreams where they have been places 

they have never been during their current lifetime. Or they'll 

have dreams about being somewhere in the past as being 

someone experiencing someone else's life. Is it someone else's 

life? Or their own lifetime and they simply remembered it 

during this life for some reason yet unknown?

I like to believe there is much more to life than we are led 

to believe. We are all capable of so much, the possibilities 

are endless.

We all can achieve anything we set our minds to, believe 

and you are already halfway there. The next half is simple and 

requires one thing; follow your heart. Which can be simple, if you

listen to what it has to say. What makes you happy? What brings 

joy to your heart? What work or activities that you do bring 

a sense of fulfillment? Do that.

I truly believe no one is a bad person, we are all born as the same 

happy babies, full of life, love and joy. It is what happens to us 

as babies that make us who we are today and unfortunately 

there are those who are born into a harsh world and there are those 

who are born into a loving family. 

Regardless of that, we all go through difficult situations 

and at the end of the day it is up to us to focus on the light. In situations 

where it seems there is no light of any form, there it is. Waiting 

patiently, for you to acknowledge it.

Once acknowledged miraculous things begin to happen and suddenly 

you wonder what was it again that I was so worried about? No matter 

how dark it may have been the light is abundant and outshines 

any kind of darkness there ever was, but what is darkness 

without light or light without darkness?

The darkness needs the light as much as the light needs 

the darkness, for without either how else would we 

know dark from light and light from dark?

So long as you aren't hurting anyone, what is it 

that makes you happy? What gives you 

that sense of fulfillment?

Do that.

Follow your heart, 

it knows the way.
