A herald to the dawn

A herald to the dawn

A Poem by Maulth
"

A poem about my abilities, yet also my inability to act on said abilities.

"
I want you to know
How it is that I feel
When I see your sorrow
The pain, for me, is all too real

I can’t help but be consumed
By hate for those that do this to you
It is from this world that they should be removed
But this is nothing new

I am enamored by your thoughts
Intrigued by your sounds
It is my heart that you’ve caught
And through this realm my love shall resound

A trumpet in the night, a herald to the Dawn
I would embrace the fires of Hell
And fight off Satans’ demonic spawn
Your name would be the last thing they heard, these creatures I fell.

I would pass through flame, shadow, and death
To ensure that you were safe
I would slash, tear, and conquer, till no more came my breath
All for the betterment of your fate
