A Rant

 

It seems to me that people are hypocrites.

The people see the school shootings in Newtown

and say "Oh, how horrible!"

but try to take away their guns,

because the children surely didn't die from anything else,

And they give a fight.

As if this is the first time this happened!

The people know that their cheap clothing is made in China

where children slave in sweatshops

They see this and say, "Oh, how horrible!"

but heighten the price of the clothing

because to make the same shirt in Canada is twice as much

And they give a fight.

Why do they think their clothing is cheaper in China?

You get what you pay for...

I see this and say, "Oh, how horrible!"

but I'm told to shut-up

because I'm only a child, what do I know

And I give a fight.

As I think everyone who sees wrong should.
