Meaning of Glasses

Life is a pair of glasses,

That comes in only one form,

But fits everyone;

The living are hard of seeing in different ways,

Some think they can read the meaning written upon the lenses,

While others don't know that their wearing lenses;

Some see the world in colour,

Others see it in black and white,

And others sepia;

Tell me, if we all have different eyes,

If we all see in different degrees of vision,

When the glasses shatter,

Do we see only one meaning?
