You

You

A Poem by Mattrickk
"

Wrote this...getting over a girl I was in love with.

"

Why do you haunt me like a pleague?
I want you,
I plead to God.
I beg.
Your face haunts me like a suicide.
Your voice,
breaking me from dispair.
Your skin, so soft and supple only God could create a human so rare.
A personality and looks that could kill.
With your love my lonely heart was filled.
I wanted the warmth of your skin against mind.
Like two stars, I though this love would shine.
Now here I am,
I've fallen on my face.
Your gone, and I can't replace
my love for you can never be the same.
I cry out as I moan your sweet name.
Now with these tears I cry,
I stare up to the heavens and wonder why
There are no shining stars tonight...
But I'm still hoping that maybe there will be some...on another night
