Tears In Our Eyes

With where we are in humanity... the only thing we can do is band together.

Tears in our eyes as we turn off the news,

Another Damned tragedy has us singing the blues.

Tears in  eyes as we read the front page, 

A local student was bullied and now lies in a grave.

Tears in our eyes as we clicked the top link,

Our economy's so bad families are starting to sink.

I don't know about you but I'm tired of crying

Lets help one another so good people stop dying

Lets focus on society,

and not just ourself.

We can all live a good life

and split up our wealth. 

Atheist, Religious, red, blue, black, or white;

Lets all band together we don't have to fight.

Humanity as a whole with not a frown but a smile,

Happiness all over that is impossible to defile.
