One Look

The whole reason I started writing poetry was for this girl, we went our separate ways still talking like friends do. Now I love her, and I use love in a strong way. (Can't get you out my mind)

When I look you in the eye

My heart stop

Why I glance at your beauty

While you stand there and wonder

What’s going through my mind

When I touch you

The whole world doesn’t matter

As soon as I’m back in reality

I weep of not having you in my arms

Sometimes I wonder

What it would be like with you

My days would be shorter

Of the great times we would have

Nights would be seem like forever

Without you by my side
