Age Is But a number

Age Is But a number

A Poem by Matthew Ryan Hardy
"

I wrote this to someone that I once loved till I found out that she was 4 years younger than me, she is 13 and I'm 17

"

Age is but a number,

That separates young from the old,

But to me I wish there was no such thing,

The world would be at our fingertips,

For anything, and everything to do,

My heart is pure,

I don’t look for what everyone thinks,

I look for someone to love,

And to be loved back

With age and time. Things will change. With added years. The four years won't mean much. You want what the most of us need and desire. Wouldn't the world be a better place if we kept a young and hopeful heart and mind like a young child. A excellent poem. Thank you.

wow its short but beautiful I had read it twice =)

Time is an illusion and so is death, how time is just a manmade thing which we struggle with throught our life and our days. Tick Tok is the sound that keeps going through our minds. =)
