I really liked this. It was an "aawww" moment there at the end. I liked the kind of loose rhyming scheme. It kind of mirrored the idea that these are the speaker's thoughts, which wouldn't be structured. I thought you could have connected the idea of thoughts in the last sentence, although I suppose the word "say" could be construed as his the speaker's thoughts, and how they are for the one he is speaking to, if connected to the line before. Overall, good job.
