Can't Wait

I done moving on

From one girl to the next

I think I finally matured

To have that one true love enter my life

 

I won’t call her girlfriend

I want to call her my wife

She will be my best friend

And the final one to say goodnight

 

I long for that sunlight hour to come

But until that day comes

I’ll follow my one true king

And pray for her to enter my life

Hope she too is done with moving on from one man to the next, I hope she too is ready now to present herself to her own true love. Hmmm. Sounds different when these words are switched to the female side of the equation.
