Heart's Desire

Heart's Desire

A Poem by Matthew Ryan Hardy
"

4 months and still can't get her off my mine.....

"
I wait for the day
That your hand meets mine
For the Night
That our heart beats become one

Being with you every single day
Is my true desire
I didn't want to say those three words
But my heart takes over

I can't come up with the right words to say
That's why I'm so shy
Every time your eyes meet mine
Please understand my true cry for true love.

Oh wow, I truly love this! I'm sucker for romance and finding "the one" to make your heart skip a couple of beats. For me to love "love", I've always had some bad experiences with it! It's funny how things work out, but they do work out for a reason from God. He has a plan for everyone, including you Matthew! You just have to find it. I know how it feels to want and desire the day that you find the person that you share those three words and mean it from the top and bottom of your heart. I've been waiting for that day forever! :) Again, great job and I love it!!!

Love can be a cuddly lamb'
or the sharpest-tongued serpent...
you seem to be wise enough in your youth
to trust in God's wisdom
rather than your wants..

A beautiful poem. Love should not be rushed. But love take effort and kindness. Laughter and friendship open door to new places. Thank you for sharing the excellent poem.
