Lust

Lust is an emotion
Mistaken for love by most
But Lust needs no devotion
So many men tend to boast


Lust controls much
Brings grown men to their knees
Makes women tremble at its touch
But its presence brings tragedy

That horrid straining
That tends to break trust
Broken hearts it is claiming
So strong is this lust
