Lovely Lady BlueA Poem by Matt GSee if you can guess what she is
The lovely Lady Blue,
She sits quietly, unassumed, Though she never acts out, She is always quite rude, As she sits and ignores the whole room, The talking and laughing, The mirth and joy, She sits and sits, Like a porcelain toy, Oh lovely Lady Blue, Why do you stare? What is it that attracts you attention? What is it that's there? Lovely Lady Blue, Why don't you speak? Why do you sit there positioned and meek? Oh beautiful, gorgeous, lovely Lady Blue, Who is it that steals your attention? Tell me who. Lovely, quiet Lady Blue, Will you ever tell me your name? What else can I do for you? Lovely, shy Lady Blue, Will you be okay? Leaving so soon All the things you've seen, The many and the few, The Light that shos you fading, And the lonelier moon shining through, Oh lovely Lady Blue, I wish you could hear, So that I may say that I love you.
