New England Trees

New England Trees

A Poem by Jesse Lancaster
"

Leaves and stuff.

"
Sleepwalking haze, crawl 2 miles
from my wheelchair to your floor,
counting the words you say with scrapes,
notches on my knees from years spent
lost beneath New England trees,
Supertramp.
