This is so unique , there is so many ugly things that we can think of ourselves, but what about the beauty within us? What about our lively personality, or our willingness to help others? Isn't that where the beauty lies? But societies made it so that beauty is defined by superficial things like a face, body, clothes, etc. We just have to see the many beautiful things inside of us, and forget about the ugly. I counted a great many more positive than "ugly things" in the piece. I've always understood beauty as something that comes from within and may or may not extend outwardly. But certainly beauty is never something that only shows outwardly and does not extend to the depths of the heart.
Very good. Very, very good. Anything else I could say has already been pointed out by others.
To improve it, make it rhyme. But do not change the examples given! They are perfect. But it is possible you could come up with more perfect ones. I'm jealous I didn't come up with this one. Very, very good. Also, the title is brilliant, even without the content of the poem, which is also brilliant.

How quickly we learn to compare ourselves negatively to others. I suppose it's just a part of living, but it does detract from the joy of life. Here the speaker is aware of the positive qualities, but the last two lines indicate the negatives vastly outweigh them. Hopefully further reflection will provide some balance, but some go to their graves focusing on what is wrong with them.
