I See No Reason To Cry

I See No Reason To Cry

A Poem by Benedict Mdluli

Position yourself, know thyself be congruent.

Life is not for the intelligent but the willing.

Be of sound mind and decisions crack diligence.

Be of courtesy to all, the world is spinning like a

wheel. The sick should take pills as the rich take

chills. You aren't rich or sick but be glad you’re

alive.

No one will ever grant you something on a silver platter.

All you need to do is strive for it, if your treasure is in a

pit, pray for courage to dive for it. I’m glad I’m alive even

if I don’t drive. I kneel down to pray to survive, for

sustainability and credibility. I see no reason to cry, I’m

content with what I have and such is life.
