The Radical Dreamers - A Pearl's Sparkle

The Radical Dreamers - A Pearl's Sparkle

A Poem by Soresuke Maru

A long time ago there was a place

Far far across the space

A place that was known as home

A yellow sun that warmly shone

It's rays upon your face

As there wasn't much we needed

Nobody there who pleaded

The food was good

The air so fair

Cerulean skies and water

You enjoyed with son and daughter

Just living from the air and love

Peaceful spirit flying as a dove

Blessings raining from above

Wherever you went

You felt content

A living dream

As sweet as cream

All creatures, men and women, and machines

Lived out their dearly treasured dreams

A coruscate jewel it was then

Sparkling like a radiant pearl so bright

Enchanted were the hearts of men

As there weren't any wrongs to right

And no such thing as wars to fight

Basking in eternal light

Evil was beyond their ken

A wondrous sight

For anyone on planet Ten.
