Chapter 1: Simple... Or NO?

Chapter 1: Simple... Or NO?

A Chapter by Martiya Daman

Mericy and Itin ate their lunch in the park as a hangout. Above 20 years old and had long friendship, trusted members. Ferman, a team member walks over.
*
"Hey there, guys!". "Hey there! Have you seen the new notification? We are going on a picnic in the nice forest tomorrow!" Mericy said. "Huh, when?" Itin asked. "4 p.m.'s the plan." Ferman replied.
*
The next day, they came together holding hands. Walked across the bamboo canes and the ebony trees and sat down with their food. They took their first bite and chatting with each other.
*
And then Mericy heard something... "What was that!?"  She stuttered. "What?" Itin and Ferman asked. "It sounded like... Tick Tock, Tick Tock..." She was not able to speak well like she was possessed.
*
Ferman looked up into the distance and saw a dark, bricky roof. "Ah, must be a loud clock from there!" He spoke. "Let's go and shut it up!" They all gathered and walked up, soon entered a dark patio.
*
They thought it was just making something silent and enjoy the fun again...
---
They thought they would just forget about entering the house afterwards...
---
They thought their life will remain the same...
---
Everything is Simple or... NO?
