The Tree's Flowers

The Tree's Flowers

A Poem by Martiya Daman

The Tree's Flowers
Ah, flowers, hold me tight,
You didn't want to fall, is that right?
But the call of the winter was too loud,
Slipped away along, with blooming sound.

Buried in the snows,
Then the wind blows,
You... Are... Gone,
I became drawn.

Spring came, still no flowers,
Monsoon came, drops showered,
I waited, waited,
I cried, a life I hated.

O', are you doomed,
Or can you come back and bloom?
O' , Are you still around,
Or decayed on the ground?
