Only One

Only One

A Poem by Martiya Daman
"

Tells pain of being around everyone different...

"
Only One
Around the sunflowers,
Which show empower,
There's one poppy,
It can't copy.

Imagine you're a fish,
Doing a wish,
To be with someone else,
Not just with seashells.

If I were a tree,
Yeah, if that was me,
Only around grass,
Only humans would pass.

Being Only One,
May not be fun,
Hearing no sound,
But something be found?

Author's Note

Martiya Daman
Imagine if you were a tree (Yes, from the third paragraph), and only grass around you and no trees to talk to, and only humans passing by you. How would you feel? Sad, right? That's what the poem is trying to say.
