Friends Forever...

A Story by Martiya Daman

I was 7, sitting in my bus. I sat near a boy and a girl. I was in grade 2 at that time, and my class was called Tapti. I was bored. In the corner of my eye, I saw their ID cards saying "1- Magpie". I looked closer and it was confirmed. They were from 1 Magpie, which was the same class I used to study in. I said to them "I was also in Magpie! I was also in Magpie!" They both smiled. Their teacher wasn't same though. The teachers sometimes changed classes every year. And after that day, we became friends. The boy was Raayan, and the girl was Parshvi. When I turned 8, I was in 3- Maurya. I went to Raayan and Parshvi and asked what class they are in. They said, "We are in Tapti and our teacher's name is Smita ma'am." I was shocked and told them that was my teacher in grade 2 and the same class. We were overjoyed. When I finally reached grade 4 (And still there), On 22 April 2024, I decided that we will create a group together. And I will always be their friend.
