Forget You

Forget You

A Poem by Maroon Surreal

Tired of the everyday

Committing my eyes on you.

I wish you would stare back

And feel the same way as I do.

But my perceptions are wasted

I just wish

That I could forget you.

This was really a strong poem with feelings held within. With the simple concept of this poem, my mind has invented thousands of different scenarios about real-life things. I really like that about your poems; how you state something simple only having it to lead to more intricate thoughts in the reader.
Beautiful.
