I Always Lose the Women I Love

I Always Lose the Women I Love

A Poem by Poet Pittinix
"

It's all about the blues.

"

I made a big mistake when I fell in love with Linlan.

The women I love never stay long with me.

No matter what I did, our love affair wouldn’t work.

I never get the few things I want most in life.

And I always lose the persons who are precious to me.

I knew that I’d lose my girl within a few weeks.

If I didn’t love Linlan, I wouldn’t have lost her.

She’ll never return to me as long as I still love her.

And I don’t think I’ll ever stop loving Linlan.

It makes no sense falling for someone else,

For the same thing will happen to me every time.

I’ll certainly lose any woman I love dearly.

Perhaps I could court someone I don’t fancy,

But that wouldn’t be fair to a woman’s heart.

Furthermore, I only want to be with the one I love.
