Ten Things You Should Avoid Doing

This is some advice from the author.

1. You must not paint a good picture of a bad situation.

2. You must not change who you are to please anybody.

3. You must not compare your abilities with those of others.

4. You must not confuse flattery with commendation.

5. You must not pretend things are OK when they are not.

6. You must not apologise if you do not really mean it.

7. You must not promise more than you intend to give.

8. You must not settle for anything below your standard.

9. You must not go out of your way to impress people.

10. You must not accept credit for the work of someone else.
